1. Eligibility for Refunds
– Refunds are applicable only if:
– The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
– The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items
– Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
– Minor variations in color, finish, or size due to the handcrafted nature of brass items are not considered defects.
3. Refund Process

– Provide order details and photographs of the item showing the issue.
– Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
– Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Mode of Refund
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
– For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after confirmation
5. Shipping Costs
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
– In case of approved refunds for damaged/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping charges.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period:
– Check your bank account or payment provider.
– Contact your bank/payment provider as processing times may vary.
